Im excited to announce that I am offering a new yoga class for beginners, those that wish to refresh their practice or even those just wanting a slower paced class.
We will focus on building the foundations yet you will still receive the benefits of this transformative practice through cultivating the mind through movement.
This class is open to anybody, of any age, whether it is a stepping stone for you into one of my more challenging classes, or your continuing weekly tonic to maintaining a healthy body and mind.
