Yoga Nidra is a deep practice for relaxation and release. You will be gently settled into a resting space and guided around your body to release any tension and hidden trauma.

From there the practice involves stready breathwork, visualisation and a further journey into your subconscious without much affort from you.

You are left feeling rested and recharged, and people often decribe having the best nights sleep.
